Michael SandysFinance and Legal Director
Michael Sandys is the Intragroup Finance and Legal Director of Arriello based at our headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. He is a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience in contract management as well as accounting and taxation.
Michael has been with the organisation since 2011 and is currently responsible for ensuring that the group remains compliant in all contractual aspects.
He graduated from Glenstal with an FCA in Accounting.

Martin StudenicFinance Director
Martin is Arriello’s Finance Director and works with the whole Arriello team to ensure the company manages its growth correctly and efficiently, and maintains good financial relationships with our partners.
He is responsible for the financial management of Arriello, including budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, monthly YTD forecasts and a range of other activities to keep our leaders fully informed.
He has a great understanding of the Pharmaceutical sector, and is experienced in the Financial services, Business consultancy, Telecommunications and Broadcast TV industries. Martin has a Masters Degree in Economics.

Alan White is CEO of Arriello. His role is to lead the organization with the drive and energy required to continue to make the company a success. He has a close connection to the Commercial activities of the company, working closely with the Sales Director and Marketing Director.
Alan has worked in the Pharmaceutical space since 2005 but also has commercial experiences in the IT sector and Architectural and commercial lighting. It is this broad range of experiences that gives Alan a different perspective on the industry he works in. The similarity in each field has been his commitment to the client and his ability to problem solve and take a common-sense approach to situations. He is someone clients have a close affiliation with – a people’s person.
Alan is an animal lover, having (currently!) 5 cats and 2 dogs. He is a father of two children and comes from the north of England. He is also an avid runner, amateur DJ and novice skier!

Anna Lukyanova is Arriello’ s Chief Operating Officer. She oversees our Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory and Project Management teams, balancing keeping our clients super happy whilst developing and nurturing our growing team.
Anna has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 2005 in the business development and operational areas. She acquired her customer centric approach from the hospitality sector where she received extensive training and experience after graduating from university in the US. She is a strong believer in leading by example and would not expect anyone to do something she was not prepared to do herself.
Anna spends her personal time with her two children and husband, running half-marathons or at the gym. She comes from Satka, Russia, a small village in the Ural Mountains.

Zuzana PlanockovaHead - Global PV Network team
Zuzana Planockova heads up everything to do with our Global PV Network service which includes responsibility for the development and maintenance of all our local PV processes.
She ensures they are in line with all regulatory requirements and our client’s needs, and handles the ongoing development of our internal team and external vendor PV knowledge.
Experienced with most PV processes, Zuzana has worked for a range of clients since 2012, creating effective and simple solutions with high quality standards to improving our local PV systems and services. Her expert knowledge and input are behind all our local PV processes and the set-up of all local PV projects.
Zuzana is also an enthusiastic swing dancer, so whenever possible, she‘s on the dance floor in the Czech Republic or abroad.

Gabriela MartonRegulatory Affairs Director
Gabriela Marton is Arriello’s Regulatory Affairs Director and leads a highly skilled team that plans and executes our strategies around Pre-submission, Submission and Post-submission activities.
They also handle all our Readability Testing and Translation work.
Gabriela started her career as a Chemistry and Physics teacher, and has worked in Regulatory Affairs, both in Industry and as a consultant since 2006.
Her forte is understanding the unique challenges of each client’s projects and turning them into faster, better, smarter solutions.
Gabriela loves her mountain house, painting for children’s charities and hospitals, walking, nature and cooking. But she also has another passion – Flying. She has flown a Helicopter with a Romanian champion, tried Gliding, Paragliding, Parasailing, Parachuting and is learning to fly a small airplane.

Veronika Adamcova – HR DirectorHR Director
Veronika Adamcová is HR Director at Arriello. Her role is to be a strategic and trusted HR partner to our company leaders, managers and employees, and a change coach in transforming our external and internal environments. Her responsibility is to ensure that all HR processes are in place to support Arriello‘s business targets.
She has held various positions in HR since 2008 and has worked for large pharmaceutical companies since 2014 (mainly for original top). She has a degree in sociology and life long learning with a focus on personnel management and the psychology of learning.
Veronika is a positive thinker and values empathy, common sense and seeing things from different perspectives. She has a wide range of interests and hobbies including going to the gym, playing the piano, latino dancing (an everlasting beginner), makeup artistry and life coaching.

Olga Vorobyeva – Quality ManagerQuality Manager
Olga is Arriello’s superstar Quality Manager and is responsible for the maintenance of our ISO 9001 Quality Management system. She ensures the alignment of all our procedures and process mapping as well as the implementation and oversight of all our Quality Assurance activities. Her role also helps define the process interaction between departments, motivating and working closely with all our teams.
Olga has worked at Arriello since 2015 and has wealth of experience in the Quality Management field as well as Project Management. She is a psychologist by background, which defines her approach towards challenges – ‘for any issue there is always a solution’.
Olga is a former professional dancer, a fitness and yoga lover, and an amateur snowboarder.

Rob CurtisMarketing Director
Rob Curtis is Arriello’s Marketing Director, charged with raising enquiries and conversions, defining our brand, and generating awareness of it. He is also involved in a range of other company initiatives that support the ongoing development of Arriello’s faster, better, smarter culture.
Originally from England, Rob has worked in a variety of industries and regions, including Europe, the US and Middle East. Having started in television creative services at ITV and the BBC in England, Rob moved sideways into Marketing by continually asking the who, what, when, why and how, and uses this to challenge and underpin all things related to marketing and beyond.
Rob has a degree in Product Design, a Masters in Brand Identity, holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Professional Diploma and has MCIM status. A film and music lover, Rob’s real passion is riding motorcycles.

Anca CiobanuProject Management Director
Anca Ciobanu is Arriello’s Project Management Director.
She is responsible for the management of all our client’s projects, ensuring they run smoothly and identifying and rectifying any issues that can occur during the project life-cycle.
Anca has over 7 years of experience in managerial positions within the medical device industry. She also has experience in project coordination at the European level, at the Sub-regional level (Central Eastern Europe) and at the National level (Romania, her home country)
Anca left a multinational pharma company to join Arriello’s ‘more flexible and client-oriented environment’ and is now using her skills and experience to develop Arriello’s Project Management department, covering complex projects worldwide.
In her free time, Anca enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family and learning new languages.

Diná CamposHead - Full Service PV team
Diná Campos is the Head of Arriello’s Full Service Pharmacovigilance team, managing the dedicated EU-QPPV, Deputy EU-QPPV and PV specialists for that area. She is responsible for managing the compliance of our Full Service projects, ensuring we meet all our client’s requirements and expectations. Diná is also involved in many related business activities, communicating with potential clients, training on technical skills and developing solutions for new business opportunities.
Diná has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 10 years, having previously held roles in Regulatory Affairs, Publicity and Transparency, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, and Clinical Trials. Within Pharmacovigilance, she has been responsible for team management, Pharmacovigilance Process ownership and has held EU-QPPV responsibility.
Diná is a big football enthusiast and an ardent supporter of Portuguese football team FCP – Futebol Clube do Porto.

Miluše HeryšerováSenior Reg. Affairs project Manager
Miluše Heryšerová is a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at Arriello. Her role is to provide expert strategic advice on exactly how, when and where to register our client’s products.
Miluše has several years of experience working in Regulatory Affairs for both local and global companies and joined us previously from Zentiva.
Her hobbies include her pedigree poodle Kaila with whom she attends many shows as an in-breed and an agility course competitor, running half marathons, oil painting and hiking, and she is a big fan of Heavy Rock music.
