Pharma Local Support

Background of Project
Arriello was requested to provide local support in Western and Eastern Europe for an Indian pharmaceutical company that was looking to expand into Europe.

The Issues
Being a company with budget restraints and a lack of European experience, the client did not have the resources to provide their own local support for their submissions and ongoing local issues. The client therefore wanted a company that could both ensure that they met the regulatory requirements for a number of target markets and was also able to provide the follow through to support the company’s operations in these markets.

Arriello Solution
Arriello contacted local agencies, assessed and agreed the pricing and reimbursement possibilities with a number of agencies. Furthermore, Arriello was able to find partners that were willing to act as MA Holders in several EU countries. Arriello provided the bridge between these companies. Finally, Arriello provided cost effective regulatory support in emerging markets where suitable partners were not readily available.

The Value-Add
  • Arriello was able to give the client a full service entailing:
  1. Market Analysis
  2. Identifying partners with needs for their products
  3. Regulatory support and maintenance
  4. Local expertise across 20 countries
  • The difference for this client over others that they had considered was Arriello’s “Network of Excellence” meant that there was confidence that Arriello could not only cover some countries, but all target markets.
  • The competitive & transparent pricing structure offered meant that it was easy for the client to see the maximum that would be paid for each stage of the project.
