Background of Project
Arriello was approached by a European oncology company to effectively manage their labelling and DTP work. For example, for one product, there the was the following scenario:

20+ countries covering different language requirements including Braille
Constant and extensive coordination between headquarters, local offices and competent authorities

The Issues

Managing the creation and updating of the combined number of labels, leaflets and cartons - approximate workload of many thousands of labels annually.
The number of countries covered: the company needed help to project manage the entire process with their local partners throughout the EU.
The company needed to ensure that translated texts were reviewed and updated in accordance with strict time restrictions and returned by their partner. They needed a coordinator who understood the labelling requirements of EMEA – with both medical and DTP expertise.
